from Amazon Prime Video especially in the case when he/she is using the Roku
device. This has started happening quite recently. It becomes quite annoying
when you get an unexpected and unwanted message amidst streaming the contents
that you like. There can be many reasons for this issue. Some of the most
prominent and probable ones include:
· The problem in your Internet connection-
It
may be happening due to some problem in the internet connection which you
have and is it happening due to that, you may check your internet connection
and after you have checked and corrected everything related to your internet the connections this problem will be solved.
· The problem at the backend server of the Amazon- If your Amazon Error Code is happening due to problem at the
backend server of the Amazon then there is nothing you can do regarding that. The only thing which can be done here is to wait until this issue gets resolved by
itself.
· The problem in the channel you are using- If
you are using any channel along with your Roku device to stream your contents
then some problem with your channel can also cause this issue. If there is a
fault in the channel then resetting it will fix your problem.

Check
whether you are using any VPN/Proxy service on your device:
If you have enabled any VPN/Proxy service on your device, you
should try disabling because there is a chance that the contents which you are
trying to stream may not be available in that area of which you have set the
VPN.
Shut
down your complete set up: You should shut down
your complete setup and then remove all the cables from respective sockets.
After doing that you have to press the power button and hold it for 10-15
seconds and release the button. Then plug in everything as they were before and
start them. This will erase all the temporary configurations and your system
will be in its default state.
Check
the video status of Amazon Prime: You should check
the Amazon Prime Video Status. If you find many people having the same issue
there, then you shouldn’t be worried at all because this issue is being caused
due to some technical difficulty in Amazon’s server or the servers are
undergoing maintenance. It will be corrected by itself after some time.
Checking
the Channel in ROKU: In case you are using ROKU to
stream your contents, you can try resetting the ROKU channel which you are
using. You can do that by following these steps:

out the Roku device from your Amazon account: If

Open Digital Contents
·
Click on the button saying Manage your content and devices which
is lying the tab of Digital Management.

a new window will open.

Click on the option your devices which will show you the list of all the devices connected to your
account.

After finding your ROKU device, click on the button Deregister.

Now restart your ROKU device
and go to Prime Video.

After the application has been
loaded, click on the menu of Help and
Settings.

Now click on the sign-out
and then you will be asked to sign out
of your Amazon Account, click on
sign out here too.

Restart your ROKU device and add your
